Need to make a payment for your water bill, business license, or ordinance violation? The Village makes it easy to seamlessly pay online. Click the appropriate link below to make a payment.

To pay your utility bill visit the Utility Bill Payment Portal. You will need your account number to look up your account. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 630-766-8200 for assistance. Click the blue text above or CLICK HERE to pay online!
A Commercial Vehicle Sticker renewal can now be paid online. Visit the Vehicle Sticker Payment Portal to view and pay for your sticker.
Also, once you’ve paid for your sticker online, you should receive the sticker by mail in 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery service of the United States Postal Service.
Alternatively, for all new sticker purchases or if you changed vehicle this year, you can download the renewal form here and submit it to Village Hall by mail, email, or in person.
ORDINANCE NUMBER 41-2024 Eliminated annual vehicle sticker tax and licensing fees for village residents. No sticker is needed for residential vehicles.

To pay your village general bill (i.e. senior snow plowing, senior grass cutting, etc.) visit the General Billing Portal to view and pay for your bill. You will need your invoice number to look up your account.

Local Ordinance Citation Ticket Payment
To pay your citation ticket, visit the Local Ordinance Citation Ticket Payment Portal. The Village of Bensenville accepts direct payment (online) for Bensenville local ordinance tickets, as well as copies of Crash Reports. This service enables citizens to pay citation fines from work, home, or anywhere internet access is available.
To pay your Red Light Violation, visit the Red Light Violation Payment Portal . Payments for Red Light violation citations cannot be made payable to the Village of Bensenville or paid at the Village of Bensenville. Send your payment to the Red Light Photo Enforcement Program using the envelope provided with your citation notice. You may also pay them over the phone at (866) 428-4961, or lick on the link above to pay online.
Business Licenses and Business License Renewals can now be paid online. Visit the Business License Payment Portal to register and pay for your business license. This link takes you to the License Registrar website. New business must create a new account. Existing businesses use their previously created login to manage their account.
Once you've paid for your license online, and it’s approved by staff, you’ll be able to save and print a copy of your business license directly from the License Registrar website.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or pass along your personal information to anyone unless required by the State Law/Federal Law/Local Municipal Ordinances/Resolutions. Your credit card information is not retained as the result of any of these processes.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
REFUND POLICY:
