Free breakfast and lunch is available June 10-July 2 to children under age 18 Monday through Friday at Blackhawk Middle School and W.A. Johnson School.
Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. at Johnson School, and from 8:15 am. to 8:30 a.m. at Blackhawk Middle School. Lunch is served at both locations from 11:50 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.
Children do not need to be attending summer school to get the free meals. Simply check in at the school office. This program is provided as part of the Federal School Lunch Program while summer school is in session.
