It will soon be time to gather up your little ghosts and ghouls and head out for trick-or-treating in the Village of Bensenville.
The Village of Bensenville has set this year’s trick or treat hours for 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.
It is the responsibility of the parents to see that no "trick-or-treating" other than during this time frame is engaged in by their children. Young children should always be accompanied by an adult or an older, responsible child.
All children should WALK, not run from house to house and use the sidewalk if available, rather than walk in the street. Children should be cautioned against running out from between parked cars, or across lawns and yards where ornaments, furniture, or clotheslines present dangers.
