Recently, Illinois passed the Lead Service Line Replacement and Notification Act. As part of this law, Illinois communities such as the Village of Bensenville must conduct a water service line material inventory to submit to the State. This includes obtaining information from homeowners on the type of material of their water service. Please see the instructions below on how to identify the material of your water service.
