Your suggestions are always welcome! Membership is available at no cost to residents and non-residents aged 60 and over. Day rates apply to non-resident members.
Heritage Center Daily Programs:
- Good Morning Game Shows: Watch game shows at Heritage Center for a fun & uplifting start to the day. Monday - Friday.
- TV Time: Revisit old favorite television shows at Heritage Center. Monday - Friday.
- Card Club: Grab your friends and come play card games at Heritage Center. Monday - Friday.
Heritage Center Weekly Programs:
- Mail Monday: Reach out to someone you haven’t seen in a long time...write a letter, send a card. Mondays.
- Chair Yoga Club: Experience the benefits of yoga with supportive seating. Tuesdays.
- Walking Club: Enjoy the outdoors while staying fit and socializing. Wednesdays.
- Tai Chi Club: Learn & practice Tai Chi by video instruction. Wednesdays.
- Sit and Be Fit Club: Gentle exercises to enhance flexibility and strength. Thursdays.
- Fiber Arts Fridays: Bring your fiber art project: crocheting, knitting, embroidery, quilting, etc.. Fridays.
