Community Development Commission
The Bensenville Community Development Commission plays a vital role in guiding the Village’s growth and development. The Commission reviews proposals related to zoning changes, special use permits, and land use plans to ensure they align with the Village’s comprehensive plan. Acting in an advisory capacity to the Village Board, the Commission helps shape policies that promote thoughtful planning, sustainable development, and a balanced mix of residential, commercial, and industrial uses throughout Bensenville.

Unless indicated otherwise, all regular meetings shall be held in the Board room at 12 South Center Street, Bensenville, IL.
