Stroke clinics are not geared for individuals looking to learn how to swim. These clinics are for current swimmers that are looking to build their proficiency in the 4 basic competitive strokes breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke, and freestyle. Participants train utilizing different drills and techniques to help refine each of the strokes. This is a great opportunity to warm up for the Summer Swim Team!!
