Arthur Court Improvements

PROJECT SCOPE

Arthur Court, in the Village’s southern business district, will be reconstructed from Church Road to the east end. This project will include a complete reconstruction of the roadway subbase, curb & gutters, sidewalks, aprons, and will install a new concrete roadway pavement.

Utility upgrades including storm sewer improvements and replacement of the streetlighting infrastructure in this project. During construction, one-way lane with passing areas will be in place to facilitate construction operations.

The project is expected to be substantially completed by July 3, 2025 with final completion/restoration completed by September 26, 2025.

Project Updates

09.05.2025
Everlast Blacktop prepared the site for landscape restoration and installed all sod along Arthur.  They also completed various punch-list items. The project is now substantially complete.

07.18.2025
Everlast Blacktop was to prepare and pour concrete pavement for the north lane at the intersection of Arthur Court with Church Road. Next week, Everlast will pour the last concrete pavement on Arthur Court at Church Road.

Everlast Blacktop was on site finish pour concrete driveways and sidewalks. Next week, Everlast will start landscape restoration and miscellaneous jobsite cleanup.

Everlast Blacktop was on site to pour concrete curb around Arthur Court and poured miscellaneous driveway and sidewalks. Next week, Everlast will continue concrete work with driveways and sidewalks.

Traffic switched to use the new concrete pavement on the south half of Arthur Court. Everlast Blacktop was on site to pour new concrete pavement along the north side of Arthur Court and the cul-de-sac. Next week, Everlast will pour concrete curb, sidewalk, and driveway pavement and complete pouring Arthur Court pavement.

Everlast Blacktop was on site to pour new concrete pavement along the south side of Arthur Court and the cul-de-sac. Next week, Everlast will pour concrete sidewalk and driveway pavement and begin base preparation for pouring the north half of Arthur Court pavement. Traffic will begin using the newly poured pavement.

Everlast Blacktop was on site to finish preparing the aggregate base course and framing for new concrete pavement. Next week, Everlast will continue base preparation and pouring of new concrete pavement.
